What: A Social Networking Profile Picture and Silent Auction Fundraising Event
Are you tired of that old party pic you're using on your Facebook profile? Would you like a more professional photo for your LinkedIn profile picture?
Come join us at Twist where we will be taking professional quality profile pictures for you to use on your favorite social networking site (Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, LinkedIn, Match and eHarmony). We will have a studio set up in the back of the bar where we can take professional studio shots; or if you would like a more casual photo we can also take pics of you around the bar.
Why: Come support Mercy Corps! This summer team Baatar Hero will be participating in the Mongol Rally and will be driving 10,000 miles from London to Ulaan Baatar, Mongolia to raise money for Mercy Corps and charitable organizations in Mongolia. They will be donating their two cars and all camping supplies once they arrive.
In addition to taking profile pictures, there will also be a silent auction with items including jewelry, restaurant gift certificates, art work, international beer gift bag, and professional photo shoots. Baatar Hero t-shirts will also be available for sale.
